Payment Options Available with Lice Clinics of America
We accept a number of payment options because we want to make your lice treatment experience as efficient as possible. Read about the methods of payment below to figure out which will work best for you, whether that is cash, credit or debit card, or by making a claim through insurance.
Cash Payment
Cash payment is accepted at all of our clinics.
Debit / Credit Card Options
Lice Clinics of America accepts most major debit and credit cards.
FSA / HSA oPTION
We accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) using debit/credit cards.
INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
Lice Clinics of America is a licensed head lice treatment center. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of your treatment. For your convenience, we provide you with the appropriate form, including the diagnostic and procedure codes, needed to submit a claim for reimbursement with your discharge papers. If your claim is denied, you can request a letter of medical necessity from the clinic.
Significant discounts are available for those patients with a valid Medicare/Medicaid card. Please call the clinic for further information about this payment option.
